Living Cell Technologies Limited announces that the Entitlement Offer for the Company has closed. The Entitlement Offer Shortfall is $693,972.89.

Living Cell Technologies Limited wishes to advise that effective today the Company’s Registered Office has changed.

For a non-renounceable pro rata offer of 1 fully paid ordinary share in the Company (New Shares) for every 8 Shares held by Shareholders registered at 7.00pm (AEST) on 24 March 2023, (Record Date) at an offer price of $0.008 per New Share, with one free attaching Option exercisable at $0.012 each on or before 31 March 2026 (New Option) for every two New Shares issued (Entitlement Offer).

The Entitlement Offer closes at 5.00pm (AEST) on 14 April 2023 (unless extended).

This Prospectus also includes the Shortfall Offer.

LCT announces that it is in discussions with Dutch-based pharmaceutical and nutraceutical development company, APeT Holding BV, to explore the suitability of utilising APeT’s proprietary controlled release platform. LCT is currently undertaking due diligence on APeT’s intellectual property and patents.
